Jumpy, bad at washing clothes, and way too prone to freaking out. Jean likes her just fine and doesn't resent her for being overwhelmed but he wishes she'd chill out a little.
She's dead and gone now, however, and Jean regrets having thought so little of her. She did a lot to help keep the group together and fought hard to survive in such a horrible place. He should have apologized for suspecting her of Kaneki's murder when he had the chance.
It seems she may still be lurking around as a ghost, however, which... Jean isn't really sure what to make of.
Asuka Langley Shikinami
ᴄᴏɴᴛʀᴀʀʏ
Jean thought she had her shit together and she was a lot of help during the trial. Why did she have to kill Ashley, of all people?
It's hard to hold a grudge, though. Her death was drawn out and horrible. Jean really only feels bad for her, at this point...
Blue
ᴇᴠᴏʟᴜᴛɪᴏɴᴀʀʏ
Likes cute monsters. Friendly enough but needs to keep her damn shirt on holy hell. Because of her Jean learned that cute monsters can double as a bra. Yay...?
Byakuren Hijiri
ᴜɴʙʀᴇᴀᴋᴀʙʟᴇ
A thousand years old?! That must be a mistake... Not that Jean will get a chance to find out now. A kind woman that was, apparently, quite the badass in secret.
Cabanela
ᴀʀᴅᴇɴᴛ
Cabanela is a little weird and a little whimsical - you believe in ghosts? really? - but he's sharp, attentive, and incredibly useful during the trials. Between his attention to detail and his compassion for others, he's someone Jean's come to respect.
Dio tried to frame him for the murders of Morty and Rakka's. Jean could tell how distraught Cabanela was by the prospect, and it's lead him to trust the detective just a little bit more.
Chie Hori
ɪɴғᴏʀᴍᴀᴛɪᴠᴇ
She seems pretty calm and on the level. Jean didn't exactly trust her and it turns out his instinct was right. She killed Luna to protect herself. Jean might see the logic behind it but that doesn't mean he likes it any better or is any more willing to forgive her.
But it's because of her that they know that the Conductor's monster is weak to light. So... thanks, Chie.
Dio Brando
ᴀʙɪᴅɪɴɢ
A complete bastard, but a practical one. Everyone else really wants Dio to take his shirt off. Also, he apparently drinks blood to live?
He killed Morty and Rakka in some misguided plan to turn everyone into vampires and fight against the Conductor. It was stupid and foolhardy... but Jean still believes that Dio was trying to help.
Elise
ɢɪʟᴅᴇᴅ
If she's a farmer, why does she hate working? She's surprisingly calm, though Jean thinks she's a little short-sighted.
Giovanni
ɢᴇᴏᴛɪᴄ
Keeps weird monsters as pets. He seems friendly enough and introduced Jean to the idea of climbing all over the place in search of hidden switches. He's someone that Jean has come to like a lot in his short time here. Also, he's a far braver man than Jean to wear the Overlord T-Back like that. Between him and Blue, Jean is starting to think that everyone from their world has a thing for strange underwear.
Hibiki Ganaha
ᴠɪᴠᴀᴄɪᴏᴜs
He can't resent someone so normal for being so naive, but it pisses him of. Despite that, he's come to feel increasingly bad for her as the trials continue. She took Ashley and Asuka's deaths particularly hard.
His opinion of her dropped after her evidence concealing fuck up during Chie's trial but he's tried to reach out to her all the same. It's better for them to all get along, right? At least it seems to be working...
Katsuki Bakugou
ᴠᴏʟᴀᴛɪʟᴇ
A loud, rude asshole - but a smart one. Katsuki is abrasive to the extreme and has exactly zero patience, but during the trials he doesn't hesitate at all to cut right to the heart of things. He's the sort of guy Jean can't help but like, but more importantly the sort of guy Jean can rely on. He's been a good partner for gathering information and theorizing on the Conductor's identity.
Lately, Jean has come to rely on Bakugou's intuitive nature and blunt way of speaking more and more often. His direct, bullshit-free way of shooting down bad or unworkable ideas is exactly what Jean needs when it comes to figuring out how to fight back against the Conductor.
Also, he gives hilariously awful fake love confessions.
Ken Kaneki
ᴀᴄϙᴜɪᴇsᴄᴇɴᴛ
A monster that ate humans. But... apparently a nice monster? Jean doesn't know what to make of him.
It doesn't matter anymore.
Logan
sᴏᴠᴇʀᴇɪɢɴ
A king. He seems surprisingly decent despite that. Jean wasn't sure he could trust him after Reaver's execution, but now his doubts have sort of melted away. At the very least, he thinks of Logan as a decent person that's just tying to be a good leader. Jean has come to appreciate just how much stability Logan brings to their group.
He was close to Ashley. Jean hopes he's handling everything okay - because now, more than ever, he's realized that Logan it vital to the group's well-being.
Luna
ᴄᴏᴜɴᴛᴇʀʙᴀʟᴀɴᴄᴇᴅ
Sol's sister. She apparently a 'boss' of some sort, despite being even younger than Jean...
She's dead, now, murdered by Chie. Jean never really got a chance to talk to her before that happened.
Marty Mcfly
ᴛᴇᴍᴘᴏʀᴀʟ
He seems pretty normal, if understandably overwhelmed. However, he's responsible for Katsuki sending dickpics to the Conductor. He's a pretty okay guy.
Mordecai Benmont Jiminy
ᴜɴɪᴠᴇʀsᴀʟ
At first Jean wasn't sure what to make of Mordecai. He was pretty high strung during the trial, was a bartender that was somehow also a mayor, who also swore that wasn't a mayor, and still seems to think he's likely to be murdered. He comes from a peaceful world and has some strange ideas about what 'kids' Jean's age should be doing.
Despite that, Mordecai is someone that Jean feels like he can rely on. Mordecai always makes sure the group is well-fed, introduced Jean to strange fizzy drinks from the future, and has the power to bring people back from the dead. Out of everyone here Jean is the most concerned with Mordecai's well-being. He's determined to make sure he can survive long enough to get back home to his wife.
Morty Smith
ᴛᴇᴍᴘᴇʀᴇᴅ
Just a kid, but a pretty cool kid. Taught Jean about movies.
And then he died. Poor Morty...
Rakka
ᴜɴᴇʀᴀsᴇᴀʙʟᴇ
She's pretty gentle, if a bit airheaded. This place really doesn't suit her in the slightest and Jean worries about her a little more than the rest. Also, she has wings!
Dio murdered her. It was supposed to be quick and painless, to spare her from whatever the Conductor had in store. Instead she struggled and suffered and died for no reason.
Reaver
ʀᴇʟᴇɴᴛʟᴇss
Murderer.
Rick Sanchez
ᴇɴᴅᴜʀɪɴɢ
A complete bastard that's way too invested in making everyone else get naked. He's obnoxious and unhelpful during the trials... but he does rail pretty hard against the Conductor. That's something going for him, at least.
Jean still doesn't like him, but he's a little worried about him all the same. He wasn't taking Morty's death very well.
Sol
ᴀᴅᴠᴇʀsᴀʀɪᴀʟ
Another 'boss'. Down to blow shit up. Beautiful voice. Jean has an overall positive opinion of Sol, especially when she's always so on point during the trials. He's been worried about her since Luna's death, however.
Sukuyo Mankanshoku
ғᴀᴍɪʟɪᴀʟ
Brought dinner to a murder trial. Nice enough, but she's got a few screws loose. Lately he's started to see more and more of her motherly and domestic side.
Susan Ashworth
ᴀᴅʀᴏɪᴛ
She seems nice, if melancholy. She's also obviously smart and surprisingly calm with everything that's going on. The adults here are pretty reliable, huh?
Tabitha "Tabby" Smith
ᴅʏɴᴀᴍɪᴄ
Also down to explode things. But apparently she can't read very well...? Jean doesn't dislike Tabby, exactly, but he finds her a little irritating.
Undyne
ᴅᴀᴜɴᴛʟᴇss
Fish lady?! Murderous fish lady. Like Reaver, she apparently had something to protect back home. Jean doesn't have it in him to forgive her, but he can't hate someone like that.
Weiss Schnee
ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟʟɪɴᴇ
Aloof. Intelligent. Cold. Jean's kind of girl. Upon talking to her in more depth, Jean has also realized that Weiss is unexpectedly compassionate as well. He admires her for her level head and dedication to the group's safety. He hopes she can get back home to her teammates soon.
Youko
ᴛʀᴀɴsɪᴇɴᴛ
Alright, these ages are getting ridiculous. Jean also accidentally threw a book at her. He feels pretty bad about that, but he helped her ice it down and it doesn't seem to be giving her any trouble.
Yuuri Shibuya
ʟᴜᴄᴇɴᴛ
Another king, apparently...? Unlike Logan, he seems shockingly normal. Jean thinks of him as being pretty plain but he can see that Yuuri is working hard.
